American Idol gets hot up!! xD

As exams are torturing us, but the TV din't held me back to watch American Idol. And honestly, I don't regret that i sacrify an hour of my studying time to catch the two Davids perform. Its gonna be down to the wire with both davids fighting out for it next week in the finale.

David Cook is the best! I got to tell you, he really know how to ROCK! He's gonna be better then all the other American Idols. For those who haven't heard him sing before, go to youtube and watch his performence especially Always Be My Baby, Billy Jeans and I Don't Want to Miss a Thing.

Well, here's the other finalist, the adorable, young ( he is only 17 and his in the final of the American Idol) Powerful voice boy. His voice is as powerful as Celine Dion's voice.

Sighh... haven't been updating my blog. Been busy for the past few weeks, and really a lot, and i mean A LOT! of things happened around me and almost one of the most important week of my life! Well, I will post the recap for all the things happening in that week which I called it my Superb Week! But now... Sighh... feeling down. This few days i may seem happy in all ways, but truthfully, the weak part of me inside deep down in my heart is pulling me down to hell. I got to be honest, all this time, i've been very weak in term of mentally. I never stood up to failure, always been a friend with failure, most of the time giving up any hope of recovering. Till here, i just need a place to unleash my feelings, though no friends would want to hear me crap about this. Hoping for a miracle!

The words from the coach himself, left me ashamed, lost of confidence. Well, it was another day of football traning untill i realise that we gonna have a friendly when i reach school. Anyway, the match was okay, exciting. I personally thought the team played better considering previously being bullyed by the same opponent. The play progressed with both teams have equal share of ball possesion. I being complaint of being self-fish. And then, came the second half, and a long chip from ohki, left me bursting down the right wing ( which the coach also think it was an offside, which it was'nt. ) When i get the the end of the chip i tried one first touch kick but manage to get a foot on it, but unfortunately just could'nt direct the shot on target. From my point of view, i really did feel like Van Persie trying a first touch kick. Wakaka. But after the match when we were discussing, i sort of said i did look like Van Persie.. But the coach over heard me saying than he said :

" U are not even 1% compared to Van Persie, so don't talk about him!"

Sighh... Well, all i meant was the kick itself look like van persie but not the whole of my performance. I feel so confidence-less at the moment. Feeling so useless... Argh! Hope to improve soon!

I don't know what's gone through me this few days. Sigh. This year in particular, everything have just been upside down. Really missed last year. The " ready to go "-ness when i wake up every morning, enjoying every minute as time pass by. Arghh!! Got to get through this. I've been feeling really sad, even though i thought i've recovered, but the same old feeling have came back to haunt me down. Please God.. show me a path that could lead me out of this darkness and sorrow. I've suffered enough! SIGH! =(

Recent days...

Sighh.... >.< I feel really really exausted!! Felt happy as the weekend has arrived, but looking through my tast list! OMG!!! I have a mountain of homework + club things to settle!! 6 tugasan harian?! Where the hell am i gonna find time to finish that... sighh... really really need to take things easily one at a time... i overworking myself... i know other are under more stress and pressure and have more things to think about then me.. but bare in mind i'm not them, nor am i weak.. And to add the cream on the cake.. I did horribly bad in my test!! Praying hard to God that i don't need to attend the teacher parents interaction day!! Sighh... feel like sleeping away for a long time from all the problems i need to resolve.

Anyway... CLHS Librarians are oraganising a book fair on the 14/4/08-16/4/08 . It'll be held in the school hall. Everybody is welcome no matter where u are from, other school are also most welcome to come.... Lots of book stores are selling attractive books. Remember to come ya!!

Recent days...

Magnificant Weekend!

I just Had the a fantastic weekend! Was celebrating my 17th birthday with friends though it was almost one month later, because they wanted to study for the exams. Anyway, we were at queensbay. We went to TGI Friday for lunch and the food was quite good there.

After eating, E-Jiat asked the waiter to sing a birthday song for me out of a sudden. The waiter gladly replied that they will have a small party for the birthday boy in a while. I was shell-shocked!! Lots of thoughts passing through my head. @.@ When they were back. Its undescribable after that, to know the full detail, visit zlik's blog. The best part was when the waiter asked:

Waiter: What's the birthday's boy name?

Chuan Yean: Yean.

E-Jiat( out of the blue ) : Handsome Yean!

then they start singing the birthday song till the middle part....
Waiter: Happy Birthday to handsome Yean! HANDSOME YEAN!!

Later we watch the movie Jumper, and it was just another normal show. Nothing special about it. After that we went home. And thanks zlik, e-jiat and shiloong for the presents and ur presence! =)

Ferdinand diving to keep the penalty out.

Later that night, was the night that many many people would remember for at least sometime... Not only its a new start for Penang, Chelsea and Man Utd got dump out of the FA Cup!! Man Utd fans saw Ferdinanad stood in goal to stop a penalty... But wasn't able to save a superb penalty from the Portsmouth penalty taker. Later then on, Barnsly cause a major upset by dumping a team which a player's wages is equivalant to the whole barnsly team's wages - Chelsea. It was just unbelieveable, Chelsea which people most expect to trash barnsly had a humilating defeat in the hands of a League One Team.

Sunday came, and i started my driving lessons!! Well, it was damn boring at the first part, as it was the theory part, it was as bad as the undang course. ZZzzZZzz.... Well, at least this time the lecturer was talking mainly about cars and not showing us dead bodies from fatal accidents. When it was time to rest,

Lecturer: Baiklah, kita sampai di sini dan sambung selepas rehat. Saya mahu kamu semua balik dalam kelas in 15 minut kemudian, tidak boleh lewat sedikit pun.
Someone : 30 minit la. 15 terlalu pendek.
Lecturer(happily) : Ok la. 30 minit untuk kawan kami la.

And u know what, the lecturer started at 10am( which was suppose to start at 9 )and finish at 1245pm. plus the break we had, the lecturer only tought us for 1 and half hours was suppose to be a 3 hours course. Anyway, it was damn boring to sit through that 3 hours of boringness.

After that, came the fun part. It was time to do the practical course. We were first introduced to the engine part and learn how to play with the gear. Moments later, the instractor asked us to sit in the driver seat and get going. The instuctor was quite scared as well to let us drive,

Instructor: Got drive car before?
Me: No.
Instructor: Motor bike leh?
Me: No
Instructor: ( OMG!!) What about bicycle?? Got knock into tree?
Me: Not so handgun( hokkien ) gua....
Instructor: Hmmm.. cannot say eh lo.. Nvm, i keep my leg on the brake first, just in case...

At first it started out ok.. nervoursly driving through the course and after resting and driving for the second time, haha, i was driving like a dare devil, can over cut other cars also d.. muahahah. Well, our instructor was quite fun, often make jokes and make us feel less boring.

Walk For Life

Exams Here... Sighh x( Been busy for the past few weeks, and now i need to crack my head to put everything in Bio, Chemi and Sejarah into my head.

Anyway, i was participating in a "Walk For Life" walk that was held in Botanical Garden last week. Well, it was suprisingly crowded and many came and showed their support for the cancer patients in the world that there is still people who care for them. It was a short 3.4 walk from youth park to botanical gardens and back. But unfortunately there wasn't any nice view as most of the road was covered with banners for the election coming.

Everyone was suppose to write down who they were walking for. As we children din't know what to write so we each out of four wrote that we were walking for :

MSSPP coming again!!

First competitive comepetition of the year has come. But sadly, it came at a wrong time. Exams coming in another 13 days time. Sigh, but I'm not going to let 3 months of hard training wasted and pull out of the team. The fixture will be played on the 19th, 25th and 28th this month. And exams on the 29th!! Well, I actually requested for the fixtures to be postpone to a later date. And what did i get, suprisingly one of the fixture's date did change, but it made not much of a difference as 28th's match has been changed to 27th. And we don't even have a game playing at home soil, meaning that we are going to play places that we are not familiar with. Sigh..
Well, hope Chung Ling students will come and support our school ya!!

English Premier League going GLOBAL?!

Global games for the famous EPL?! This means top flight clubs from the English Premier League are going to play an extra match which in addition to their originally 38 matches to 39 matches. What makes me wonder is that who are going to play who? It has been told that it will be a random draw and the "Big Four" will not meet with each other. The extra match will be played somewhere around January, in cities such as Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Sydney, Johannesburg, Dubai and Beijing.

From my point of view, the plan of bringing matches to the other side of the world is totally absurd. The beauty of football is slowly turning into a money making mechine. If Premier League clubs were to come this part of the world, won't it take buisness from local football? I mean, if i were a football fan, i'll be saving my money from local games so that i would have enough to make a trip down to Singapore or Sydney and to pay the ticket to watch the football match.

Other that that, playing another match will make a huge affect on the Premier League. What if a club which is struggling to stay up in the Premier League were to face the " Top Four " ? Playing Man Utd 3 times a season? At the end of the season, you are short of 1 or 2 points to stay in the Premier League, won't you curse that extra game played? No doubt that this is a wonderful idea to promote football around the world, but there are a lot of matter have yet to be considered. From a players perspective, attending International duties over a weekend is already affecting their fitness, and if they were gonna play another match on the opposite side the world, i think it will murder them.

I suggest that if they were to do it globally, why not just set up a new international league that will be held around the world? If Premier League are having plans to have it played once around the world, one day i suppose they will only play one game in England and the rest will be held elsewhere. For now, lets hope for the best, and if Premier League were to come nearby Malaysia, people start saving your money!!

Chung Ling 2 - Heng Ee 3

Finally had our first friendly of football of the year! Surprisingly, our football club advisor manage to pull out a miracle to arrange a friendly game for the school team. Had doubt that the opponent would not show up when i was on my way to school.

Anyway, it was a really really fantastic match, the only thing that we were dissapointed of is the result. We played quite well as we controlled possesion for most of the match. Fine passes around the field. We were enjoying our game. But 2 amazing goal from Heng Ee beat us. The atmosphare was fantastic too as a lot of the students coming to cheer the team after attending their respective cocurriculum activities. Really gave the team a great encouragement during the match to play our skin out.

Talk to ME!!

3rd week into schooling days again, and my life is full with ups and downs. Well, haven't got the enthusiasm to do anything what so ever. The only thing i want to do know is get everything about school and cocuriculum things out of my head and enjoy and good nights sleep and finish the Septimus Heap series! How i wish the world would just stop rotating for a day for me to just relax. Sigh... Feeling really really tired.. and the teacher in school ain't helping at all. I would sleep most of the time in school due to their boring lessons. Some of them meaningless. Anyway, Thaipusum which means holiday this wednesday. What a relief!

Sorry for not updating recently, busy with homeworks... Will post a few photos for the next post. Haven't got time to upload it into my pc.

Spot Checks?!

First week into schooling week and there already have been spot-checks?! I begin to wonder, why do the school want to have spot checks? Is it fun for the prefects to look into every students bag to see what he is taking to school? What if you have something private in your wallet and you are told to show them to the prefects? Seriously, spot checks are just a waste of time. Prefects come in to class to disrupt the teacher from teaching, and waste somewhat 10 mintues just to check through each and every student. Anyway, why check students? To confiscate cellphones or so call " liqiud-papers"( most common things that are being confiscate) from student? Students bring those item to school for a reason. If students were to be playing their cellphones in class, certainly the teacher will confiscate it from him, why wait till the prefects come? On the other hand, don't prefects have to study? My point is, if a prefect goes wondering around the school, checking each student, they would waste at least an hour or two for briefings and checking. An hour of two is equivelent to 3 to 4 periods of class. If thats the responsibility of a prefect i would strongly advice parents not to encourage your children to be a prefect as it would only neglect his or her studies. No doubt parents would like their children being called a prefect as it also sound like being called " perfect ", but you'll be going nowhere without good results.
Other than that, don't students have privacy in school? Would you like a person to dig through your bag or wallet and look through everything you have? Some prefects would even count the money in your wallet. Would'nt that increase the chances of being robbed as people would know whether you have a whole lot of money in your wallet then.
From my point of view, i can only see teacher asking students to do their jobs for them. Prefects are important to a school, but their power should be untill a certain limit.

Stress

Its only the second week and to be precise its only the third day of school and i'm feeling a whole load of workload piling on my back. Stress is what i'm feeling now, crawling up my back, really to get the best out of me. But i wasn't expecting it to be so freaking early in the year. Well, one of the main reason i can think if is i can't my club things when the teacher is teaching. On the bright side, i thank God that at least i got teacher that can TEACH! Considering that i can understand lessons better than i do last year. I have to admit i feel happy to be back in school, the fun, meeting friends, etc. etc.

Anyway, won't online as often as i used to, as it is the last year of my schooling life and the most important of all, gonna make the best out of it!

Is this felling that is known as missing someone? The feeling that keeps you thinking about someone wherever or whatever you are doing? Sighh... This feeling i think is getting most of me, pulling me down to the ground, making me think about things 10 times more the i usually do. Yeah, the fact is, I Missed You! Everytime i walk down the street, hoping to see your face right by the corner, but most of the time i found my mind playing games with me. And there was your smile, your attractive eyes, everything about you makes things perfect. Thinking back to the past, you were the one who brighten up my life when it was all dull. It seems the world was almost too perfect, everything that went wrong would eventually be alright. Days went by like there was only 20 hours left in a day. The world seem to be rotating at a faster pace. Well, those days have passed a while now, but the feeling in my heart have not change a bit. You will still be there when the day meant most to me, but in reality, everything has already changed. I guess i have to move on, try to get my feet back on the ground, conquer the rocky road to the journey of success. Nevertheless, the scar the was left in my heart will never fade for eternity.Moment would be cherished. I wish there would be a time mechine that i can turn back time. I'll be thankful and i wish you all the best for your near future!

First Day of School =(

The first day of school in a brand new year... yeah, just what every student wasn't hoping it would arrive so soon. Well, obviously everyone was still on " holiday " mood! I found it quite wierd as I found myself waking up earlier to prepare for school which i wasn't expecting to because i slept quite late the earlier day. Other than that, I normally slept through the morning and waking up just in time for lunch during the holidays. Anyway, school was ok for the first day. Was happy though to have the " ok " teachers teaching me this year. What a relief... Thats all for now.

Here are a few Reasons why guys like girls:

1.They will always smell good ( is it?? ) even if its just shampoo
2. The way their heads always find the right spot on our shoulder
3. How cute they look when they sleep
4. The ease in which they fit into our arms
5. The way they kiss you and all of a sudden everything is right in the world
6. How cute they are when they eat
7. The way they take hours to get dressed but in the end it makes it all worth while
8.Because they are always warm even when its minus 30 outside
9. The way they look good no matter what they wear
10. The way they fish for compliments even though you both know that you think she's the most beautiful thing on this earth
11. How cute they are when they argue ( Haha... )
12. The way her hand always finds yours
13.The way they smile
14. The way you feel when you see their name on the call ID after you just had a big fight
15. The way she says 'lets not fight anymore' even though you know that an hour later....
16. The way they kiss when you do something nice for them
17.The way they kiss you when you say 'I love you'
18. Actually ... just the way they kiss you...
19. The way they fall into your arms when they cry
20. Then the way they apologize for crying over something that silly
21. The way they hit you and expect it to hurt
22. Then the way they apologize when it does hurt. (even though we don't admit it)!

25. The way their tears make you want to change the world so that it doesn't hurt her anymore.....

Yet regardless if you love them, hate them, wish they would die or know that you would die without them ... it matters not. Because once in your life, whatever they were to the world they become everything to you. When you look them in the eyes, traveling to the depths of their souls and you say a million things without trace of a sound, you know that your own life is inevitable consumed within the rhythmic beatings of her very heart. We love them for a million reasons, No paper would do it justice. It is a thing not of the mind but of the heart. A feeling. Only felt.

KL trip!

KL - Kuala Lumpur. Went on a KL trip with friends and it was wonderful. I don't think there's a word in the dictionary that can describe the fun we had there! Well, the trip started off quite well, except we had to wait the bus driver finished their breakfast for half an hour. Took 5 hours to reach KL. Checked in to the hotel and was invited over another room to watch movie compliments from wei keen & eugene. LOL. The first day was more about shopping and we also visited the 8TV and RTM3 studio. Later we went shopping, watch movie and then back to hotel and sleep!

Anyway, the real fun is when we reach Genting! :D When we went on the swing. Suddenly, somebody from behind me shouted

" OI!! Aim ' LONG KAO ' " :D

Played the rides for the whole day. Well, we din't need to go into the haunted house to see a ghost, we saw it on a pirate ship! * Beware! * Untill it was at night, well, sad to say that most of the rides was closed. The only ride we found open then was a ferris wheel. Was frezzing cold when strong wind constantly blew at us. We were shouting, screeming, colorful words came flying out( espeacially from beng tai, i think the whole Genting can hear his voice, wonder Jolin heard him too), etc, etc. After that, we went on the swing again in the night when i was raining slightly, and we were soaking wet after that. Then Li Yeng decided to eat out of everything in world- ICE CREAM ! Well, later that night, was the worst night of my life. I can't imagine a person snoaring like a bear thoughout the night! Left me no choice but to sneak out of the room to squezze in another room to get some sleep.

The third day we then head back to Penang. Well, it may not be as interesting as it may seem, but you must be there to know the fun we had.

6 days!

359 days have passed in year 2007, 6 days to go to a brand new year. * Sigh * Time files.... What a great year it was. Fun. Excitment. New friends. Great archivment. But there is still 6 days to make our year better. So people, do something useful to make year 2007 a better

year!

I Got Tagged! xD

I got tagged by a bear! When i know that i was tagged, the first thing that poped up in my mind is " What in the world is tagged??" Well at least i know now, so 8 points about your perfect lover eh?

Hmmmm, a tough one though. lets see........ here are the 8 points:

1. First and foremost, shes gota be a human, with 2 attractive eyes, a sexy mouth with sexy lips( not Angelina Jolie, too big), 2 ears, a cute nose and of coures... she has to have hair. (Don't think i will fall in love with a girl botak gua... :D )
2. someone who can put up with football, cause i don't want her getting irritated when i'm enjoying football espeacially when Arsenal is playing.
3. someone who won't back-stab, doing something they not suppose to do behind you. I don't like someone who have "subsitudes" to rotate between me and other boys.
4. someone who loves to go to the movies. would like to have a partner to enjoy with each time i'm going to the movies :)
5. someone who won't act smart i suppose. Some people think that their GOD. Sad case though.
6. someone who is understanding and caring.
7. someone who can lift my spirits up from time to time. Hate to be lonely when i'm feeling down.
8. Last but not least, someone that loves me also la.

So there you have it, 8 points about my perfect lover. Don't think is too demanding gua.. LOL. Hopefully i'll find my perfect lover soon. Haha. That is.... if i ever find her.

PISSED!

Another day i wasted into the drain... Woke up this morning eager to take the Undang test as fast as possible. Went to the driving school, was told to do some practice before i go and take the actual test. Obediently, i went and did the stupid practice. Then, i was brought to the place to take the actual exam, was shock to find out i'm gona be the last few to take the test * omg* Then came the part where they torture me.......
I WAITED THERE FOR 8 FREAKING HOURS..!!!!
Wasn't even told to have lunch while the deal with the early comers, i counld'nt sneak out as i was not sure whether it will reach my turn. Straved untill E-jiat phoned me and i make my way to KFC to return his undang book. Anyway, was really pissed that i have to wait 8 hours just to take the test. * sighh * Imagine many things a person could do in 8 hours..

Tired But FUN!!!

I'm feeling freaking..... TIRED! xD
I just came back from Genting. I don't think i'm going to blog about this trip due to some reasons. One of the reason i'm tired is because i only manage to sleep in 4am in the morning because of a stupid bear snoaring the whole night through that i have to sneak into another room to get a good night sleep. I would like to thank e-jiat, wei keen, eugene, dennis, vidic boss, shiun hao, li yeng, jin xiang and beng tai for making this trip so enjoyable... wakakaka.

The Old Days....

Anyone ever remembered the days when we were young way before our teenage?
The days where we were still in primary,

Where those days were known as part of our childhood,
Between five to eleven perharps,

Those were the days that we were known as " kids ",

Eager to grow up,

Eager to have abilities that others have,

Eager to show people that we were more than just kids.

But those were the days,
Naivee we were,
Enjoying everyday only having the word " fun" in our minds
Playing joyfully with friends,
Even the simplest game that we could think of,
Running in rounds,
Playing hand games,
May bring laughter,
We will go home each day,
Often with a smile,
feeling happy.

Those days,
Often as it may seem,
Us getting scoled from our caring parents,
For dirtying our clothes,
For not finishing our homework,
For coming home late,
For not eating our vegetables, :D
But needless did we care of those scolding,
As we were get on with it without a second thought,
Obeying their instractions,
For we know they were for our own good.

Those days,
Study was the only burden we had,
The only surrow that we were to have,
Nevertheless,
What more would happen if results were not up to expectation,
Thus working harder seems to be the only option,
Reducing our playing time,
When tuition was uncommon during those days.

Those days,
Whenever we face with tough challangers,
Fearless we may seem,
For our parents will be always there,
When we failed,
They will be the one,
Who stand by our side,
Lifting us up again,
Always giving us usuful words of advise,
Soon,
We will be back on our feet,
Taking on the challange again.

Those were the days,
Where there was nothing much to think about,
Food, shelther, education,
Those were laid in a straight path by our parents,
The road which only require us to walk through,
Through the road of success.

How i cherish those days......

P.S. although it is less than ten years, but to me it seems a long way back to think of.

Pesta ( 爬 STAR * hokkien * )

Have anyone still heard of pesta?? LOL. Well, i went to pesta last week. And amazing and surprisingly, the place was not bad! :O

Before i head off to pesta, I played tennis and guess what, i found myself playing tennis with David( O0 ) and Gerard(Zlik) !

The game had to be prosponted because David had to go elsewhere.

Later that night, i went to Pesta after so many years( can't remember when was the last time i went there). Took me 20 minutes to walk there * sigh * . When i finally reached there, i was shock to know that i need to pay RM4 just to get myself inside. After paying the freaking entrance fee and went in, i was shock only to see the whole place is crowded with people. Well, mojority of the people were Malay. Nevertheless, there were quite amount of chinese and indian too. Walk around pesta, and surprisingly there are a lot of things there, Mega sales, food, drinks, displays of tradisional art, etc. And then came the part when we reach the rides in pesta. Amazingly, some of the rides I found there are more exciting than Genting, but you have to pay for each ride you sit range from RM4- RM6 per ride. Thats expensive!

I went there till it was almost 10.30pm, then i slowly make my way back home again by foot. -.- For those who haven't been to Pesta for quite a while, its worth droping by... XD

Sunday ! * sigh *

Sunday... which many were looking forward to. Unfortunately my sundays has gone worst after Boro(Middlesbrough) beaten Arsenal to end their unbeaten record of 22 games. :( Yes, i'm talking about football and i'm a die hard fan of Arsenal Football Club.

I started off my Sunday perharps with nothing much to do. When through a boring day without playing football too due to rain.. * sigh * Then finally thought Arsenal chould somehow cheer me up..... they lost.... * Look at thier faces as they fight for the ball, guess thats what earning thousands per week is *

Full credit to Boro as they really look like outplaying Arsenal. Was Arsene Wenger (coach) trying to be clever in changing the style they were playing which din't work at all or was it the missing of key players?? Well, Boro which once known as "old folks home" played really really well. No offence to the players, but they really look like either the whole Boro team took drugs or Arsenal did * something * they should'nt be doing before the game. Both team played differently comparing from the past few matches. Anyway, really upset and dissapointed today * sigh *

8. Arsenal lost their winning streak, sigh ( I'm a die-hard Arsenal FC fan, so have to post about them :D )
